High-End, digital photo composition and retouching
High-end, digital photo composition and retouching is performed by our talented staff on our Apple Computer Systems.
The systems provide feature-rich software with unlimited retouching, illustration and compositing tools. If you plan to
have more than one use for your finished file, you should have RKL Digital Services produce your digital creation and output to
a CD/DVD so you can use your files over and over again.

Print Quality Information

We pride ourselves in providing you with the highest quality digital outputs available anywhere. Providing this level of quality
requires skill and patience. Because our digital outputs are available on many different media, we cannot guarantee immediate delivery
of a final print after your test is approved. Any corrections you may require after seeing a test, may also add to the turn a round
time. Our pricing includes global density and color corrections. If your image requires more localized corrections (i.e. to knock
down a skintone highlight or correct color in a specific area) this work would be billed at our applicable retouching rates.

We accept files in the following formats :
QuarkXpress, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, RGB Tiff (noncompressed), EPS,and PDF.

When sending files for output;
Raster images should be in the RGB colorspace.
All placed images should be linked, not embedded in the document.
All fonts (screen and printer) Postscript level one is preferred. True-type should be converted to outlines. If in doubt, please converted
your fonts to outlines PC users please converted ALL your fonts to outlines

Linked graphics.
A hard copy printout from the submitted version of the file must be included.
A PDF may be substituted for the hard copy only if the files are submitted to us electronically (email or ftp).
We will make every effort to check your file set for completeness as soon as your job arrives, however, potential work volumes may
inhibit this process. If all required elements are not included on your disk and your files are not ready to print, your job will in all
likelihood be delayed. RKL Digital Services assumes no responsibility for jobs delayed due to incompleteness, missing data, instructions
or other elements. Please preflight your disk to ensure that all req uired elements are enclosed before submission.

Epson :
Rasters should be 150 - 300 dpi at final size. Files of higher resolution or incorrect colorspace are subject to service charges .
Because Pantone inks are not intended for use as a color tool on this devices Please indicate which photographic media you will
be using for your Epson job. Our“ Standard” pricing includes g l o b a l density and color corrections. If your image requires more
localized corrections (i.e. to knock down a skintone highlite or correct color in a specific area) this work would be billed at our applicable
retouching rates. If tests are required, allow up to 3 days for test and an additional 3 days for finals.

Economy 1st Run prints:
Images must be print ready, uncompressed and raster images pr pared RGB at 300 dpi or less at final size.
T h e re are no test prints available for Economy prints

* Standard prints: Up to two tests will be produced per image with global color corrections.
These tests are builded a 50% of the Economy price below.
If tests are required, allow up to 3 days for test and an additional 3 days for finals.

Standard prints are printed on Premium Luster Photo Paper
Economy 1st Run and Reorders are printed on Premium Luster Photo Paper.
Test are printed on Double Weight Matte paper 1/2 the price of a Economy 1st Run print.
